Hey guys ... idea

Hi guys. I’m new to posting but recently started coming for the posts.
I have an idea or two but wanted some entrepreneurial input

first idea is to create a site for people/consumers that are looking to buy or sell their homes. They would be matched with realtors (if they didn’t have one) and contractors/businesses (if the house needed work done like repairs based on reviews and geographical location. It would be free for people but businesses and realtors would pay a small monthly fee to be listed.

second idea is to create a fun sales and marketing magazine with tips and tricks from the industry so interviewing industry professionals would be one of the features of the magazine.
Thoughts?

Hey, both ideas already exist and work!

I would suggest checking out other people that already implemented it successfully in order to learn.

Remember: you need to provide relative value in the marketplace and you need to be unique/different in some way.
