here is a NEED. and there a burning need as well.
having created several companies, moved offices, and created work space for various projects of mine. I totally KNOW the pain these guys are going through.
if you were ever looking for an idea on a startup? this would be a great model, and a subsequent franchise model. build it, and franchise it fast.

its a great service biz. also, with the change in shipping costs, (oil) and increase in wages in china, we are going to see less move overseas, and more stay here due to chinas move into more a industrialized nation, and consumer nation.
besides, ask any Commercial RE broker, how how hard it is to get a new tenet in a building, and the costs/time associated with it.
