Hello, just a quick introduction

I'm currently almost 4 months into building my business to serve pet owners. It's been quite a roller coaster - the "valley of desolation" or whatever term MJ used in his Unscripted book is quite dreadful.

As the forum admin / owner says this isn't a promotional website, I won't link anything. That being said, I look forward to reading about and sharing my feedback - as well as asking for assistance from those with far more experience / insight.

I also know most people like to share personal details. To me this isn't that important - what matters is whether or not the business is going to provide genuine value and make sales down the line, sustainably (not Silicon Valley startup style).

Let's make 2024 the year everything comes together!

Hello MJ.

I'm working on pet tribute videos for pet owners, most of whom have had a pet pass away. I understand this is a very delicate subject and is slightly / somewhat speculative as I am not aware of any current, existing market for this.

I'm currently testing marketing option #4, which is to contact other people who sell to pet owners and see if they're willing to slip in a coupon and receive a commission for each successful sale. I would be more than happy to share my marketing journey in another forum sub-section.

Edit: As a quick favor, can you approve my latest thread? I think it contains useful information for many people who need a job to help pay for expenses while building their business, but it was put on hold due to a "bad word" (porn).
