How's it going everyone,
New to the community, currently reading the fastlane millionaire and must say its an eye-opener.
A little about myself,
33 yr old from NYC currently working at a large commercial real estate company as a mobile engineer, wife 3 kids and 2 dogs, guess you can say I am the pinnicle of what the american dream was in the 50s.
however, with all the good that I have I still feel like there needs to be more. I work in order to live my life style, save just like your good old slowlaner and still struggle. waking up in the morning gets harder and harder, that 40 yr waiting period is a long ways away in order to collect that pension(slowlaner). that's what drove me to finding this book TMF and this website and thank god cause now I have some spark in my step again. A place where I can compare notes with like minded people and learn from others as well as my own mistakes. I look forward on embarking in this fastlane journey with everyone here and hopefully we will all meet on a tropical island and share a drink and our stories.
