Hello

I wanna share this idea with you and would like to know your opinion.

I'm a huge fan of healthy food. Its very popular nowadays. We see a lot of fitness "gurus" but also people's awareness is much bigger.

So we have this concept of vending machine full of healthy salads in jars.
3 examples of this kind of companies are: Farmers Fridge, Fresh Bowl and Simply Good jars

Personally I like this idea, but what intrigues me, is how much money they raised.
Farmers Fridge raised 30M in 2018 and they recently expanded to NYC. Fresh Bow raised 2M in 2019, Simply Good Jars raised 1,6M in 2019.

What does it mean? It means investors really like this idea and they see opportunity in this business. This is my conclusion from my perspective.
Please you share your opinion about it, how do you see it? Pros cons?

Thanks!
Adam
