Impressive rookie Chris Borland retires after just 1 NFL Season. Was set to be a big star and make millions. I'm not a 49ers fan, but I knew from watching this cat he was going to be good.

This follows the Patrick WIllis and Jake Locker retirements, both guys under 30 with millions still left on the table.

It's incredibly interesting that HEALTH seems to be finally winning over WEALTH which we all know, usually isn't the case.
