Have you read any of MJ's books yet? If not, I'd urge you to get a copy each of these two books and begin your entrepreneurial journey from a solid foundation.

If you've read either or both books already, did any ideas spark off that you'd like to share or discuss? Have you decided on a definite or even a general career path yet? If you're in school, what are you studying, and do you see yourself working in this field after graduation?

Ahoy ahoy. To get more experience, just start somewhere. Flip something locally or on ebay, shovel snow, mow lawns, whatever. The first endeavour is rarely your only, so it doesn't hurt to get your feet wet with less glamorous businesses.
