Greetings from Nyc Ive been a long time lurker of the forums and felt like i had to express myself and also say what's up! Im 26 years old and i feel so behind in the world. Still live with my parents with what seems like no hope to advance ive been reading all these books but have sat on my behind and let these years pass by.
I have a son who is turning two years old in December and i would like nothing else but to give him the world but for some reason something keeps holding me back. Either i think too much about a situation that i get frustrated and do nothing about it or i keep going back to those fears: lack of money, doubt, disbelief you name it. Its really crazy how your mind can play all these tricks on you. Recently had a falling out with the mother of my son for this same reason she wants more and i want to give it to her because she deserves its. Its like the years pass so fast and Ive been watching it on the sidelines.
Right now Im working at a job making 13.25 an hour clocking 32.5 hours a week. 3 years ago i was almost making 300 a day for five days of work but now due to the way the job market is going Ive been at this crumby job for two years!! Reason i wrote all of this down is not for sympathy maybe just to vent a little. More or less because i want everyone to know don't give up on your dreams keep pushing and soon you will find a way.
