This woman's great-grandson had the idea to film his great-grandmother cooking meals, which she and her family had during the depression.
I could watch this woman all day. Her stories are fabulous and her demeanor is just so calming. She reminds me of my own grandma (who still makes her own soap from the collection of fat drained off weeks of meals).
What a great idea for a website/online cooking show (especially right now). Clara was featured on 'Good Morning America' this morning, with Emeril Lagasse.
