Hello everyone. Hope you guys are all doing well, Im making this thread since I haven’t seen one yet and I’d like some nice healthy meal recipes.
You can put different meals whether it’s for
bulking,
cutting,
work focused,
diet-oriented,
lifestyle-oriented.
Healthy treats are also welcomed!

Nice idea! I share my current diet but I'm trying to do some small adjustments to make it healthier.
Work focused (Meals for lunch time)
- Rice long grain, Tuna or salmon.
- Pasta with butter.
- Mandarins or banana.
Diet oriented
- Breakfast: Cereals with Greek Yogurt and one cap of milk.
Dinner: Usually it's my heavy meal of the day. 4 days of the week is steak with salad or smash potatoes. The rest of the days can vary a lot haha
