:smxF:I want to introduce myself. I have been and still am a R/D member and got so busy I quit posting for a long time. I have recently gone back to see if things had changed and found that they had. I followed a link here to find most of you old R/D members have jumped ship. Cant say as I blame you. I have posted there some over the years. I spent more time listening than talking over there. I have been flipping houses for almost 5 years and am also currently managing around 20 rentals. I have always been a doer. I jumped in to this business after managing a trucking company for a number of years and was suffering from a major case of burnout from trading my life for so called security for so many years. I am now 50 years old. Life seems to be racing by. I hope to start slowing down at least a little and start taking some much needed time off. I hope to be able to share some and learn some. I have been guilty of a political debate or two but promise to follow the rules. So hello to all and hope all is well!!:smx3:
