Hey everyone,
8 weeks ago I set myself a goal and sticked to it. Which was unusual for me, I'd rather work on several goals parallely in the past ... but I found such value in going for it for 8 weeks. Just the focus made me realize things which weren't working, changing things to fit the goal and so on. MJ de Marco, you're right - just sticking to one goal, being in monogamy with it, as you wrote in one of your books - works so well and it's actually going faster, because it's a momentum thing.
