Getting a mailing address in the USA

Hi all, I'm not from the US but I'm selling the products to the US market. I need a mailing address since companies usually list their mailing address in the website footer and contact page, and MailCheat(Chimp) etc also require you to have a physical address.
Also it feels more credible.

All in all, the address is just "for show", since I'll probably only get a few unimportant letters per year.

I'm currently subscribed to a service that gives me a mailing address, problem is, to discard mails, they are charging a fee for each, plus for non-US folks like myself, they require some sort of "notary cam" document thing and USPS form 1583. This whole initial setup is going to cost nearly US$160++ (on top of the monthly US$10 fee).

Should I spend the money on this? Or are there some cheaper ways of getting a US mailing address?
