I’ll be blunt…if I’m anything, I’m a generalist.
I can do the research, marketing, talking, customer service, social media, and the podcast, etc.
One of the most important things that I can’t do is technology. For the past few months, I’ve felt that the demand was there to create a parallel food system and what I guess I’d call phase one, involves creating a MVP application that will allow small time farmers access to a slew of features geared towards the business/financial aspects of farming.
Nothing groundbreaking, but I believe the above application could be a great hook to attract farmers to phase 2.
My question is, what’s the best course of action for a generalist to attract a CTO/techie?
