I have this idea for a toy / game. I’m just not sure where to start. Building a prototype should be pretty easy, it’s protecting the idea that is my concern. I don’t think you can patent an idea, right? Ideally I would like to build a prototype and then Find a partner who already has the contacts and have him sign a non-disclosure would be perfect. Will the non-disclosure really protect me? Any thoughts from anybody who has done this and just thoughts on how to go about it would be great.
