focus on the goal not the procces or otherwise?

I have read many things on this, i just don't know what is the best way to think.
This is a very important thing i believe to succeed.

What do you entrepreneurs think?

Have a goal, but focus on the process. Process is everything.

If you have 100 steps to accomplish the goal the only thing that matters is getting through the first step. Don't waste energy thinking about #82 -- cross the bridge when you come to it.

I am not doing ebay anymore, i changed my plans and now i am fully focusing on web developing.
I already now a bit html.

I also got my own little diary i write my experiences in there.
Things i learn throughout life since i have read your book i have progressed alot and learned alot about life i am a much different person in so many ways i don't want to slime or sumthing but its just the way it is.
