Has anyone here been doing any flipping or successfully in buying renovating and then selling properties? I have contacted a few agents and the answer has been the same, its against the law to buy apartments for the purpose of investing and making money.
In sweden we have housing associations which dont allow you to just buy an apartment, renovate it and sell it.
So then im left with villas. I have been reading on scotts website that many houses was sold around 40-70k this is money That me and my brother have in the bank. He have been working in the construction business and have som friends here. But in sweden there is no chance getting a house for that price.
Is sweden not a market for flipping? Anyone with more knowledge?
