Fitness Analogy & Fitness Equation

1) Exercise Name: Lat Pull Down
2) Muscle Group of the Human Body: Back
3) [Sets] -> [Volume] Sets: 4
4) [Sets] -> [?] Reps: 12 Times
5) [Sets] -> [Velocity] Time Investment: Less than 20 Minutes
6) [Sets] -> [Velocity] Rest Time: Less than 5 Minutes

So If you do 4 Sets with 12 Times Reps - Total Moves is = 48 Moves
Volume: It is a Measurement of the Total Weight Lifted
Total Time Invest in 1 Muscle Group: 30 Minutes from 24 hours

I heard that,
A) If you do Volume & Velocity In Correct Sequence Way, It creates Momentum
B) If you do Velocity In Correct Sequence Way = It determines Speed & Direction
C) If I do any work in Wrong Sequence way: It will cost you, or you are doing something wrong thing in wrong place

The Question is: Shall I Focus Quality or Quantity?
The Answer is: Volume over Quality

Fitness Equation: Sets X Reps X Weight

3 Sets if 10 Reps of 100 lbs Chest Workout in Bench Press
30 Reps of 100 lbs for a Total Volume of 3000 lbs

If You Desire with Satisfactory Result
100 or 200 Sets Required (Bare Minimum) per month for 30/60/90 Days depending on Structure & System
TO GET
The True Volume & Velocity = Momentum in your Game Skills

In Short,

A) Structure: System = It determines Where are you Right Now & What to do
B) Set: Volume & Velocity -> Without Sets, You do Fairy Tales/Dreaming Without Action

My Question is: Does Reps fall into Volume or Velocity?
