Hello fellow fastlaners:smx19:, I got a fastlane idea I want to shoot at. It's a classified add site for Renting apartments and selling apartments in my country. Country population is around 5 million and there is a big competitor.


My Limitation at the moment is my web design/programming skills are limited look at my site Beste Kredittkort - For de Smarte which is basicly my making web page skills xD ( it does earn revenue tought about 1 sale in 10 clicks so far xD)
In this page I used Jomla, dream viewer to make it. doesnt look to appealing I know.....



So im wondering if I should hire someone to make the classified page for me,I can add the text myself later but the functions for a classified site with order automation directed to a email adress? How hard could that be?
So if you guys where me would you pay someone to do it, and how much would it cost. Atm I can save around 2000$ /Month :smx6:



Or would you learn too program for it? In the case anyone one is good in this field please let me know, I want to know what programs is most essential making a classified ad site. :huh2:

My big competitor is this site which runs all kinds of classified adds from cars, houses, jobs, and yard sales, business property all in one site. I saw another site making it pretty popular in the Rental homes market so I see a oppertunity to nich out this one and try making it better. Jus`t nead a small market cap before I can reinvest the earned capital to beat the shit out of them
