My wife handed me a flyer yesterday of an East Lansing handmade pasta company, and mentioned how fun it would be to attend these cooking classes together.

As soon as I saw the flyer, curiosity invaded my mind...

• This is a large facility. How do they pay a commercial lease with cooking classes?

So, I thought I'd attempt to assemble the puzzle from outside the box...

2. Corporate Cooking Classes (B2B- one-time purchase)
   
   1. 8 person minimum (min dish price per person- $99)
   2. Up to 60 person capacity
   3. 2 hour class (regardless of the party size)

      3. Max: $5,940
      4. They also have a Dessert Challenge Upsell, where each person tries to memorize a tiramisu recipe and create it from memory, being judged at the end- $29 per person
3. Supper Club & Wine Tastings (B2C- Recurring Monthly Event)
   
   1. Tickets sold individually- $79
   2. Scheduled for Thursdays and Sundays around dinnertime each month (for the foodies or a way to downsell single people)
