For those of you experienced business folks who have integrated white-label providers into your business what do you believe are effective ways to evaluate what the best white-label service provider is? To show a more accurate picture I have a cybersecurity company and my core skillset is in vulnerability management. However I would like to add other key services like Penetration Testing, Security Awareness Training, Security Assessment Services, SOC Monitoring. by partnering with established companies who offer them as a white label solution. Many companies offer this so I'm faced with the below challenge:
What do you experienced gentlemen (or ladies) think should be the checklist items I should use to evaluate the various white-label providers before deciding on the best one to partner with? As always, thanks in advance for your feedback, comments, and tips.
