Me and another fastlane member are looking at a property to rent this year. I found something that would work perfectly. I applied and have spoken to the owner, walked through the place, and will be trying to secure the place this week.
Being around like minded guys is motivating and I’d like to be in that environment where we are pushing each other to grow our respective businesses and to develop ourselves as well.
A room should go for about a grand a month.
