That was new stuff for me honestly, the comparison to chefs.

Yeah, I was being too presumptuous there.

What I meant was he talks about some common topics. Out of that there is "Build a brand of you." and "Attract people with content." What he explains is a very specific strategy that will let you accomplish both of those things.
