Earn 10% of consulting fees by sub contracting developers without actively working.

Anything considered a "hustle" and not necessarily a CENTS-based Fastlane

I have a small team of developers that I would like to sub contract under the Upwork application.
I'm currently using my Upwork for my own development.
This involves enough experience as a developer to get an Upwork developer account setup and approved.
After that my sub contractors would use this Upwork account to do projects.
You would get paid 10% of their payments up front.
Typically my team does $3000/month.
So you'll make around $300/month for doing no work once this is all setup.

If you do 'no work' why wouldnt the developers make their own accounts?

So what exactly is this offer about?
