The need is for a knowledgeable service or specialty site or company name OR Agent Name and contact number or address and business name to get Commercial Business Insurance for my LLC Series and for my Products I Retail.
And will try to avoid Importation and the consignee and the foreign product company must have a US company that imports for them or is a satellite office for the foreign company and has US Product Liability and errors and ommissions Insurance to cover the product Liability in this Country (USA). My company is a DE LLC, and
based in MN so now applied for the LLC as a Foreign entity doing business in MN under a Business Name.
It is important I get the best and reasonable cost policy soon!
My site is ready for products, have the LLC, have a operations, etc. documentation.
And wholesalers waiting on ME now. So delays wont help but hurt. trying to get it done
while waiting for the State. I did even get a Sales Tax for my MN State so can use that and the EIN at least.
Another challenge the Insurer, and their Backers is it is a home Business for now and is for Children's Products which I do not manufacture or import.
