Our company is going a massive change in its administration. I am a member of this panel to provide corporate training for the large workforce.
Some of the colleagues in the panel and suggesting to invest in an online platform to monitor and enhance the skills and knowledge of the workforce. We don't have a large workforce. There are over 50 employees in the company as now. They suggested such an online platform for the enterprises ( https://www.d2l.com/solutions/enterprise/ ) It is an analytical tool to access and train the employees. rather than inputting manually in the spreadsheets. I too think such tool can keep track of the developments.
But, I would like to know if it is wise to spend money on this. Anyhow, we are training the employees. What are your thoughts on this ? Please give your advice.
