Do I need to register a business name and legal structure?

I am planning on doing some sort of online business and I was wondering if I need to register it?

I set up an S corporation and all the online businesses I do fall under that umbrella. Not legal advice just what I've done.

Ideally, you should have a S Corporation with a TIN number. And then your S Corp should pay you a small salary and you leave the rest of the money in the Corp.

So first you need to get the money rolling in! Im not an Attorney or a CPA, but it makes sense to have money coming in first before you pay $500 for a corporation that you might not need yet.

You could use that $500 cover some PPC marketing
