Hello you wonderful and amazing individuals that make up this forum. I sincerely hope you are doing well and staying happy.
I have lots of notes when working around my computer desk, that are positive affirmations, how i should work in 30 minute batches then take a break. To exercise daily, all helpful reminders, but sadly my schedule still seems to not be organised. I kindly wondered if writing out a task list daily would help by pen and also a schedule by pen, that way it will reinforce into my brain what i should be doing please? Can i kindly ask what works best for you to stick to a good routine please, do you write out a routine in pen, have any techniques that help you stay disciplined please? If anyone kindly has any thoughts on this i would be forever grateful and thankful for your support.
