I am looking at starting a business similar to a coffee drive thru stand that I’m sure most are familiar with (think Dutch bros). I have found some desirable locations, but most are undeveloped gravel parking lots in the heart of downtown. Does anyone have any idea how much it would cost to bring water and power to the business location. It’s right downtown so it the distance is maybe half a block. Thanks.
