I recently was denied for merchant services, they said if they were going to approve they would of asked for 15k in a reserve account as well. Apparently I'm a high risk business. I have given them many references with reputable companies etc. thy wanted balance sheet and income statement for two years. The llc was registered two years ago but was sitting dormant, the last three months it has had income. I tried to explain I can't make money w o merchant services now but it's a no go. This has taken over a month they have strung me along. Any suggestions would be appreciated, also dos and donts on applications. The salesmen set my data aged sales way higher than I told him to which I thought would be better but obviously not. Typed this on phone sorry for errors.
