Hey fellas. Moving to Houston - would it be worth it to make the trip for the next meetup? It's a hop-skip-jump from HTown to DFW.

Don't mind me asking, what's in Houston? Or why the move? I've only visited once.

Hey, im thinking of moving to N Ft Worth soon, maybe ill join the future meetups. How do you like it there?

Dallas-Fort Worth is huge. Plenty of jobs, plenty of businesses. Very flat land. People are nice, southern hospitality. Religion is huge down here. Lots of food.

I love Hill country so Austin is a city of choice I'm willing to relocate to.

I've been here my entire life, I'm looking to relocate. I'm focused on getting out of debt first before making such moves.

Austin I think is the entrepreneurial city.

I'd say live here for a year and see how it goes.

Traffic in Dallas is bad, not too bad though compared to other cities. Crime is good I'd say.

0 State income Tax.

Lot of implants across various states. Real Estate is huge here. Huge Distribution Centers.

So lots of opportunity.

Houston, might not be so bad either.

We gotta find a way to get the big man out here someday to @MJ DeMarco. I do understand from a time perspective, just might not be worth it.

North Fort Worth isn't bad.

Colleyville area is decent, Haltom is bad side of town, Euless is okay, never lived up North of Fort Worth.

Never live south of Dallas. North Dallas is great.

Plano is a business area.

Rent here on average could br about $1,400 for most places I've seen.

Hulen area is good.

My apartment complex has a lot of pot smokers... so beware that's a bit huge down here to... In some places...

Never been to Garland or East of Dallas.

Frisco is wealth class, Lucas for the wealth class.

Never live downtown.

Fort Worth down town isn't bad nice Ramen shop on camp bowie called Hanabi.

BBQ is huge to down here, Fort Worth is country style clothing.

Dallas is business professional, high class people.

Lots of meetups that happen here, BNI, Network Events.

Concerts are huge here, events are huge here.

Fort Worth Stockyards are huge here.

Thats funny, ive visited 3 times in the past 3 years and focusing in on the Keller or N Ft worth by Alliance gateway by park vista. Really liked the people and affordability.

We all hang out, talk about life, and what we've done.

Everyone on the forum is Welcome. Even members across states. Though I know the travel probably in some cases not be the best idea.

I know some of the legendary members on here value their time, but if they came it would a be a treat.

We all want to see each other succeed...

I especially owe gratitude towards @amp0193 who told me about you will always have problems during each season its just how you deal with them. Very thankful for him for being their. He's a busy guy, doing something awesome.

@Runum is great to, and his story is legendary.

The guys are awesome. I'm glad to Facilitate this meetup and will keep doing it. I love bringing people together.

You get to know others, build relationships, understand that life from your perspective isn't reality, and you could see all of the possibilities that are out there are endless.

There's no selling either, not trying to get people to buy each other's products/services. If anything prohibited and I will ask you to leave. The point of the meetup is to meet other people, and build relationships. Not sell.

It's like having a group of people or community around a Thanksgiving dinner, lol.

Depends where and how big of a space but lately im seeing for 1K-2K sqft for $1,000-$3K
