Hey,

I am CRM shopping this week. Wondering what other fastlaners are using.

Thanks,

Hmm, depends on your needs.

What things do you need the most?

For one of my online funnels, I needed to be able to create landing pages,
track conversions/sales, track visitors, follow up with emails, have sales/customer service scripts for our call center,
integrate all the payment methods, be able to have affiliate tracking, etc

In construction, I assume you probably need to have solid lead followup,
invoicing, billing, sales call scripts for sales agents, that type of thing?

What do you need most?

I like http://youdontneedacrm.com/.

Why? It is simple, priced right, and comprehensive enough for me. However, be aware that when you sign up, the link to your social media account sucks - the name of the service is annoying. I did not signup to defend the premise of "You Don't Need A CRM".

Each CRM software has some unique features to satisfy customers needs in the business. My business requirements are completely satisfied with using Apptivo. Apart from this software many reachable sources available in outside.

I'm building a site plus setting up a CRM for a contractor a while back.

We ended up using Agile CRM + QuickBooks Online plugin. He already uses QuickBooks Online so it's seamless.

Agile CRM has a lot of extra options, but we are planning on using it all. I use PipeDrive right now, but I'm switching to Agile after using it.

@Silverhawk851 From your post you should look at Agile CRM.

the Wikipedia page for CRM will list a lot of options. go to their forums.
we used sugarcrm for our consulting business. then switched to odoo as crm was integrated into the overall erp.
sugar was awesome. odoo's crm is less robust, though we are just learning it.
