CPA Networks

I've worked with a CPA network in the past ( as an advertiser) but it seems to be a lot harder to get accepted these days because of the sheer volume of opportunities they are offered each day.

I talked to a network today who says they get 1500 requests a day of product or services to promote.

I talked to another one who wanted me to create a $7.95 offer with a forced continuity built in. They would get $65 for each $7.95 sale. That math does not compute for me. they also said up front that I could expect a 15% charge back rate. I never get charge backs now so it sounds like some fraud could be going on.

And I refuse to do any kind of forced continuity.

Any suggestions on a GOOD CPa networks who are taking on new products to promote?
