Hello all,
I am in the midst of starting a small niche fraternity clothing company and am having troubles in some of the designs with copyright issues. I am new to all this so pardon my grammar and minimal knowledge of what I am doing..
I want to make this hoodie and sell it online to other fraternities, but the champion "C" aswell as the text might be an issue. We would be using hoodies that are champion branded but do not have the "C" as shown in the picture, and embroidering it in our self to save on cost. I am looking for a way to use this "C" but avoid on copyright issues that might go along with using this, this might mean switching the logo around, or paying royalties to Champion brand itself..
Looking for some thoughts on this.
Thank you for your time in reading my thread.
Alex
