I have started my self improvement journey when i was 17 by working out and reading. I fell off due to partying and drugs. Its a slippery slippery slope. luckily I stopped but my friends doing it now are in disastourous situations. I realized how much of my potential I f*cked up by my various habits. Im done. Im committed to being a complete winner. Habits Im removing are watching porn, partying, drugs, alcohol, smoking, any sugars, wasting time on bullshit sites, and anything not moving me forward.
