First off, this forum is a really unique and cool place. You won't find another community of go-getters and opportunists like this.
A quick backstory of myself: My wife and I recently relocated to Florida from Colorado to pursue a more friendlier economic environment. I've been in banking and corporate finance for several years now, with some endeavors in entrepreneurship, but mostly sticking to financing commercial and industrial with some M&A action. The job thing is okay, but it gets rather boring. I had a very successful client back in Dallas tell me once, "You either build your own dream or someone else's. You choose!" So, here we are building the Fastlane dream...my dream!
So with that I digress to say, I'm happy to be here and be a part of this growing movement.
