I been using RSS feeds to prowl Craig's list for property and found this ad in my email. I thought the poster was very clever, but I little :nonod:.

I have never ever paid a bill late in my 33 years of having credit. This is
what I am looking for .I have started a real estate investing company up in the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area and looking to purchase properties up there. I am an assistant principal in Massachusetts. My partner owns a property management there and runs the show. I am looking for a hard money/private financing person to loan on smaller deals 10k-50k. Noone wants to waste their time with it. I am looking for 90ltv,14% interest payments only,and I will prepay for 6 months.Title stays in your name,and looking for up to a 1 year term.
