pleased to meet you and happy new year.
I am a uk based business owner specialising in the waste industry. I had a company for 10 years that went bust primarily because I knew nothing about how to run a business, but can get rid of waste. Since 2020 I have embarked on reading as much about business as possible such as great to good, never split the difference, 80/20, scaling up etc.
With my new business we are looking to build a business handling waste that gives clients an easy app/website to securely dispose of specialised wastes in an easy on convenient way.
I am looking to learn from the forum how to make the best possible version of myself in life and business to make the world a better place.
