So recently I have been building up my dropshipping business on Walmart and have expanded into EBay, but I also believe that I have this great idea for a app that has zero competition at this time and I believe could work. However, I am stuck wondering is it better to focus and put “ all the eggs in one basket” or diversify and divide attention to take on more than one project? Has anyone else had more or less success focusing one one project or had better results dividing their attention into two?
