I am trying to figure out how to buy a used car if you want to resell it for profit.
If any of you guys are doing that and live in California it would be great if you could help me out :
When you get the car, you need to sign the pink slip right? So basically you need to go to the DMV to report it and they will send you a new one? Which can take up to a month just to receive it... How do people deal with that?
*I am not allowed to get a dealer license*
