Hey guys just finished reading the book ready to hit the road. Don't have a business idea yet but working on it. Anyway! Ive got a problem. I live in Finland, and I couldnt really find an equivalent here for LLC, S-Corp or C-Corp. Do you guys think that joint-stock company is a viable option? It's the most common form of corporation here, and if I've understood correctly, should have limited liability. No sure how the taxing works, gota get working on that financial literacy
