Hey everyone!
My name is Jay, and I'm from the US. Although no one here knows who I am, I most definitely know some of you. I've been lurking around the forum for about 6 months now, and still to this day I do not remember how I stumbled upon this goldmine. I've meant to join since day 1, but kept putting it off... some serious procrastination right there.
Although I have been reading several of the threads on here, I just recently grabbed a copy of The Millionaire Fastlane , and have been demolishing the book ever since.
A little bit about me: At the age of 9, my Grandfather taught me the art of SEO, and it has been a hobby of mine ever since. I had quite a few interests back then, and never anticipated pursuing SEO as a job or Career, but here I am today - an SEO Manager at a local Digital Marketing Agency. I am also a full-time college student, so time is definitely not my best friend these days.
On top of all of this, I'm running a business of my own. This is my real passion, and something that I have envisioned for as long as I can remember. So this last summer, I decided to make it happen and started an importing business. I have a few friends and mentors here in the local area that have been extremely successful with their Ecommerce/Importing businesses, so I picked their brains, researched my butt off, and went for it. Sometime along the way, I discovered this forum, and have picked up some invaluable information in regards to importing. So thank you to everyone who has contributed to my business success so far! (I hope to start a progress thread eventually)
So there you go! A brief introduction of myself. I hope to learn and grow even more here, and give back to the community as best as I can.
Annnnd - if anyone wants to discuss SEO, Social Media or Digital Marketing, that's my jam!
