Book Recommendation: Speech Writing

I need to write a persuasive and argumentative speech for a school project.
It would be extremely helpful if someone could recommend me a book on speech writing.

Assuming you have a tight deadline for your school project, you're probably better off googling "how to write a TED talk" or something similar so you can work from a template/structure that already works.

You might also look at the hero's journey structure.

And for being persuasive, focus on who, specifically, your audience is, what they care about & want, and then talk directly to that. Answer "what's in it for them?" and "why should they care about this?"

If you really want to read a book, Influence by Robert Cialdini is seminal.
