My business has grown quite a bit the last year to the point where I'm thinking about getting some permanent part-time employees.
One thing that has always made me use contractors is my skepticism that employees are actually any cheaper at the end of the day. I'm starting to think that maybe there is a case for employees.
Anyway my question is whether there are any good books on this? I can't seem to find any. There's plenty about hiring, managing or motivating staff but I can't find any that talk about the economics of hiring staff.
