Just like your financial fastlane, lifestyle and choice determines most of your other life experiences.

No matter how much money you have, you need to be breathing. Check it out.. pretty good short overview, that won't take very much of your time. Enjoy

I just eat healthy, exercise, and have good relationships. (I've never smoked, never had alcohol, or even coffee lol :coco:).

Beyond that, I don't concern myself with things that are otherwise beyond my control.

The host looks like a living melanoma experiment (he's so tanned). :)

I love the book, but when it comes down to it, it's all common sense. Just enjoy each day that you have, and take care of yourself and your relationships.

Personally, I wouldn't want to live to be 100. Most people that age can barely move, speak, etc. Loss of motor skills ultimately brings loss of dignity. (I think)

I just want to be the best that I can be NOW....and I'll just see what happens later.

Not only is this a good formula for longevity, but for happiness. Could it be that happiness = longevity?
