One of the better books out there on how to take an existing crowded idea (red ocean), analyse it down to it's core parts and markets, pare down the unnecessary aspects and reposition it away from the crowd into it's own market (blue ocean).
ya its good. was kinda a hard read for me though.

Yea, I recommend it. It can help you spot new opportunities where none seem to exist. It has a bit of a corporate feel to it, but nonetheless, its worth a read. Another book that can help you be creative in spotting ideas is Inside the Box.

I would recommend it. It's not something you need to take a lot of notes. If you grabbed the audiobook version you can get through pretty quickly.
Best book on strategy.
