Been lurking on on the outskirts of this forum for years now, constantly leaving and coming back, did it enough times to be like "oh damn I gotta pay $49 now?" ... yeah MJ talked about the type ...
Anyway, first, Huge thank you to @MJ DeMarco , your books literally changed my life ... 4 Years Later. I finally got out of my own way, took the leap, and dove in with no back up plan. Now, I currently am running my own business and its been the most rewarding, SOUL feeding experience I have ever done. So really, I wanted to show my appreciation.
Now to you would be entrepreneurs, lurking, spying, reading countless forums and posts, waiting for someone to give you the secret to life's success on a platinum platter. STOP
You need to cleave your own path, and it will be the scariest f**king thing you ever do. But once you do it there are two things that will happen... you succeed and you unlock something within yourself, or you fail, learn, get back up and you're one step closer to success.
But staying on the sideline watching... that's not going to cut it. You need to take SWINGS
Don't be like me... I stayed in the nosebleeds. I watched as people I knew take swings and make hits, and I thought to myself "oh aren't they lucky" "oh they got in at a good time" "pssh their daddy helped them"
Don't be like me... I had to hit rock bottom, questioning everything: my worth to this world, and to my family for 5 months before I stepped up to the plate because I had no other choice...
I knew if I didn't do something now, I would continue to be a lurker for eternity, watching the sun rise and set from behind the wheel in deadlock traffic
