Audio Childrens Books site Idea

My Fastlane Idea that I have been thinking of is a website that has 1000's of audio recordings of childrens books (a couple chapters at most) that are submited by members. Members can also rate and comment and all that other stuff on audio recordings. Market will be children 3-10 for now, for kids that are bored or can read yet. It will be a big help in learning to read as they can follow along in the real book, and see the pictures and words. Monetizing will be through ads, and possibly memberships, but Idk about that. I still have to contact publishers to see if I can use their books for this. One perk I hope they will like is the recordings will have a link to buy the book.
