I have noticed there is a good amount of college students as well as soon to be students on the site. It seems that many are taking action in forming websites and small startups. This is a simple FYI for these students:
USE YOUR SCHOOL'S LEGAL SERVICES!!!
The student activity fees you pay every semester go to pay for many programs/events/services. Most schools have legal services they provide for their students. This can range anywhere from consultation on traffic tickets, preparing contracts and statements, to FORMING A CORPORATION!! Yes, if you are a student you can save hundreds of dollars by using your schools legal services.
I believe the only thing they can not do is represent you in court. It is a great resource if you need consulting on a contract, agreements, statements, or even incorporating a business (state filing fees still have to be paid).
Check with student services to find out more information about your school's legal services. Some smaller, or private schools may not have a program like this, bigger universities should though.
