Hi everyone,

I live in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and I read a local free newspaper called the Metro. Every few weeks or so I kept seeing the same ad about signing up for a free US Real Estate Investment Seminar by the company above (Ad does not mention the company) but mentions how the above individual and how he can help you make passive income etc etc.

I had some vacation time so I signed up (I'm studying to become a real estate agent so whenever I see ads like this, I get curious) Anyway, the presentation was great (guy was very convincing on getting people to sign up for a 3 day course for only $4000.00 USD for the first 5 people (regular $7,000.00) USD.

I didn't sign up and didn't stick around to see if anyone else did but they make you feel you could be missing out on an opportunity of a lifetime if you don't join. I'm the type to do research so I went home googling the company and this guy and a lot of negative stuff out there. Seems like this company also has courses in the USA as well so just wondering if anyone took any of his courses and had success? I read a few success stories but felt they were fake profiles etc.

Seems to me this guy Marco Kozlowski has a good Fastlane going for himself. I'm sure he makes a killing with these 3 day courses. I read to make more money, you have to invest more dollars for additional training. On a side note, the seminar made me want to brush up on my presentation skills. I'd love to be the type to convince a crowd to drop $4000.00 in just one hour (I signed up for Toastmasters International to help me out with this lol)
